RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

In-Store Returns

We accept in-store returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 7 days of the purchase date. All returns will be for store credit only, issued via email. Store credit can be used both in-store and online.

Online Returns
For online purchases, items must be returned via mail and received within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for store credit. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. Please note, if you purchase Re:do for $1.98 at the time you placed your order, your return for store credit will be free. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or store credit. If a sale item is returned via mail, it will not be refunded or credited. You may request to have the item reshipped at your expense, or it will be donated to a local charity.

Local Pickup Orders
Orders placed for local pickup must be collected within 30 days. After 30 days, the items will remain available for pickup, but they will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return of any kind.

Try Before You Buy
Orders placed through a Try Before You Buy option are still eligible for return of store credit and follow the Online Return Policy after the 3 Day window. Read more here.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your Store Credit to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
